For Designers & Millwork Contractors

Interior Elevations

Detailed wall-by-wall drawings showing exact heights, opening locations, and layout geometry for kitchens, baths, and specialty rooms. $150 per room. Produced from the same LiDAR scan — no second site visit needed.

What interior elevations show

A floor plan shows you the room from above. An interior elevation shows you each wall straight-on — exact ceiling height, window sill and head heights, door location and size, any built-in cabinetry or features.

For kitchens and baths especially, that flat wall view is essential. A kitchen designer needs to know the exact height from finished floor to ceiling, where the window is relative to the sink, and whether there's any bulkhead or soffit that limits cabinet height. A millwork contractor needs elevation views to build custom cabinetry to the right dimensions.

None of that is readable from a floor plan alone. Interior elevations give you the drawing that shows the wall you're actually designing for.

Frequently Asked Questions

What rooms do you typically do elevations for?

Kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, butler's pantries, and any room with custom millwork or feature walls. Basically any room where you need to design what goes on the walls.

Is this per room or per wall?

Per room. Each room includes four elevation views (or fewer for rooms with fewer walls, like an L-shaped space).

Can I add elevations to an existing floor plan order?

Yes. Just check the Interior Elevations option in the calculator and specify how many rooms. We'll include the elevations with your floor plan delivery.

How detailed are the elevations?

They show all openings (doors, windows) with dimensions, ceiling height, and existing features. They don't include design intent (proposed cabinetry, finishes) — that's your scope.

Detailed wall views for every room that needs them.
