GRAB LiDAR ("we," "us") is a LiDAR scanning and as-built documentation business based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (grablidar.com), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request a quote or contact us through this site, we collect what you type into the form:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Company name (optional)
• Project details — address or city, building type, approximate square footage, requested deliverables, and any notes you add

We use this information for one purpose: to review your project, respond to your request, and provide our services if you hire us. Quote requests are stored in our internal business management system so we can follow up and, if you become a client, manage your project.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you found us. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Like most websites, our server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — to anyone, ever.
• We do not send marketing email lists or newsletters; we contact you only about your inquiry or project.
• We do not collect payment card details through this website.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run the business: website and application hosting, email delivery for quote notifications, and Google Analytics as described above. These providers process data only on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

We keep quote requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping obligations. If you'd like your inquiry deleted, ask and we'll remove it.

Your choices

• You can browse the entire site without submitting any personal information.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@grablidar.com and we'll take care of it.
• You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.

Children

This site is for businesses and property owners; it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
